Sandline Bonding Rush Coat BRC 203 is cement and polymer based spatter dash material it is applied on the normal concrete surface. It helps to achieve a good mechanical key and good bonding between the concrete and the plaster.
Surface Preparation: Substrate must be sound, free from dust, loose particles, cement laitance, curing compounds, oil, grease or any other contamination. Pre wet substrate with clean potable water to saturated dry condition (SSD) prior to application.
Sandline Bonding Rush coat can be applied with power pattern Spray gun or Tyrolean box on to prepared surface. Doubling back to be done if required after stiffening of applied Sandline BRC 203. Rough texture obtained will act as bonding coat & provide mechanical key for subsequent plaster coat.
