Sandline Masonry Mortar MM-103 is a ready to use Portland cement , Selected aggregates & polymers based non-shrink, self curing water resistance mortar for fixing AAC blocks, fly ash bricks, concrete blocks etc. It replaces the conventional method and material of jointing mortar which requires a 12-18 mm thickness with a revolutionary 2-3 mm joint thickness.

Application Procedure

In a clean bucket, mix Sandline Masonry Mortar MM-103 in 20-30 % of water. First Mix for 5-10 minutes by hand or electrical mixer to mix homogeneously. Allow mortar to Rest for 5 minutes. Mix again for 2-3 minutes. Now Masonry mortar is ready to use. Before application cleans the surface of blocks using suitable tools like brush so that any foreign material is not held on the blocks. Wet the surface of blocks before applying mortar. Mortar should be spread on all sides of block in such a way to maintain the bond thickness 2-3 mm. Use Spirit Level and fiber hammer to remove any air gaps in between blocks for proper jointing and alignment. Do not disturb the wall after application of mortar for at least 24 hours. The setting time is affected by climatic conditions, allow stand-alone time accordingly.
