Dry mix screed for rough and uneven concrete floors. Consists of OPC, quality enhancing additives and mineral aggregates. It is suitable for internal and external floor applications, including balconies, bathroom floors and shower bases. It is suitable for the installation of ceramic tiles, vinyl and carpet. Application Procedure

Surface Preparation: Prior to application of Sandline Floor Screed FS-603 surface should be clean, free of oil, grease and paint. Defects deeper than 40 mm should first be patched. It is advisable to have adequate roughness on the concrete surface to have the required adhesion.

Mixing: Mix Sandline Floor Screed FS-603 with 17-19% by weight of water using mechanical stirring for 2-3 minutes to ensure a consistency free of lumps.

Application: Place the mixed product onto the area to be filled. Screed and plane to the desired thickness of between 5mm-30mm per application using an appropriate straight edge. Apply the desired surface finish using a wooden or polyurethane float. Discard any material that has exceeded the pot life or working time of the product.
